Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare production drawing documentation for all product fabrications upon turnover.
  • •Update online production schedule tracking daily and facilitate production schedules based on project priorities with the project management team and operations.
  • •Manage paint priority lists and daily updates with the powder coating supplier; prepare master packing slips and purchase orders for offsite powder coating operations.
  • •Track incoming receipt of outside service components and materials to facilitate production and ensure product scope components are processed through operations based on lead times for consolidated customer shipment.
  • •Maintain post-production documentation, coordinate quality control of drawings for release to fabrication, and develop optimized workflows/SOPs to standardize and scale operations.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum high school graduation with experience in business or office procedures; two- or four-year business degree is a plus.
  • •Knowledge of MRP system methodologies.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft applications including Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook.
  • •Ability to read and interpret production fabrication drawings and follow verbal/written instructions in English.
  • •Ability to communicate professionally with management and coworkers and participate in a production shop environment.
