Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead regional wellbeing program strategy and planning aligned to Microsoft and Thrive priorities.
  • •Serve as the primary regional point of contact for Microsoft stakeholders and build relationships with regional leaders and wellbeing champions.
  • •Partner with the regional Health & Wellness Coach to coordinate shared program goals and delivery approach.
  • •Manage end-to-end regional program delivery, including stakeholder discovery, logistics, content coordination, and day-of readiness.
  • •Track engagement and impact, manage post-event follow-up, and report progress and risks to leadership using data and feedback.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience in program coordination or management, employee wellbeing, HR, Customer Success, or a related field.
  • •Strong project and event management skills to run multiple initiatives end-to-end simultaneously.
  • •Experience operating in a co-delivery/partnership model and working across regions or in complex virtual environments.
  • •Ability to work core hours across UTC+2 to UTC+4 and familiarity with the Middle East region, including Israel.
  • •Excellent communication and relationship-building across diverse stakeholder groups.
