Job Summary

Support the execution of a crypto risk management program by performing ongoing Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSAs), assessing crypto products and business changes for risk impact, and producing risk reporting for governance forums. Monitor and evolve key risk indicators (KRIs), manage issue lifecycles from identification to remediation closure, and partner with crypto operations, compliance, engineering, and enterprise risk teams to maintain a consistent risk view across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform initial and ongoing RCSAs across operational processes, identifying control gaps and recommending enhancements.
•Assess new and existing crypto products, features, and business changes for risk and control impact and provide mitigation input.
•Prepare risk reporting and analysis for governance forums, including committee materials and escalations.
•Conduct ongoing monitoring and refinement of KRIs, including developing new KRIs as risk exposures evolve.
•Manage the issue management lifecycle from identification and prioritization through remediation tracking and closure, partnering across crypto operations, compliance, engineering, and enterprise risk.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 106,000 - 160,000 annually

•Experience using GRC tools such as LogicGate (or similar) and familiarity with risk data management systems.
