Job Function: Administration & Executive Assistance

Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish, implement, and continuously improve the site HSE framework (policies, procedures, risk assessments, audit routines).
  • •Lead hazard identification and incident investigations, ensuring robust root cause analysis and timely CAPA closure to prevent recurrence.
  • •Ensure legal compliance and alignment with applicable HSE standards, including ergonomics, workplace safety, and environmental requirements.
  • •Deliver HSE training programs and maintain training records/compliance tracking.
  • •Conduct periodic inspections and audits and drive closure of findings through clear governance.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years in HSE roles in manufacturing/industrial environments, ideally in high-reliability or high-mix operations.
  • •Experience and understanding of UAE health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • •Experience deploying HSE management systems and leading audits/inspections with strong action follow-up discipline.
  • •Strong incident investigation and root cause analysis skills with measurable reduction in recurrence.
  • •Recognized HSE qualification (e.g., NEBOSH/IOSH or equivalent) preferred; ISO 45001/EMS exposure is a plus.
