Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist the Training Director in overseeing the GFCC Training Global Standard and ensure teams apply it within their workflows.
  • •Plan, prepare, and facilitate the GFCC Training Program, including managing training analysts and coordinating instructor-led trainings.
  • •Maintain the annual GFCC Training Plan and centralized repository for GFCC-developed training materials, and establish governance processes for design/approval/implementation.
  • •Coordinate development and delivery of Tier 1–3 financial crimes training in partnership with Learning Design & Governance and GFCC program teams.
  • •Serve as primary liaison for stakeholders, facilitate governance meetings, support audit/exam training requests, and ensure deliverables meet legal/regulatory standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • •5+ years of experience in Financial Crimes Compliance, Compliance Risk Management, Learning & Development, Governance, or Program Management.
  • •Strong understanding of AML, Sanctions, ABC, and broader Financial Crimes Compliance programs.
  • •Knowledge of criminal typologies associated with financial products and services and understanding of AML-related laws and regulations.
  • •Experience managing enterprise-wide projects or programs with strong communication, stakeholder management, and executive reporting skills.
