Job Function: Solutions Engineering & Sales Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Own the full post-sale customer relationship for key biopharma accounts, serving as the main point of contact and ensuring a consistently high-quality experience
•Establish and run a regular cadence of customer check-ins, surfacing insights and flagging risks early
•Build and maintain a consolidated backlog of customer requests and translate them into actionable product feature requests and roadmap
•Prepare and deliver polished, data-driven insight packages and presentations for customer stakeholders
•Partner with BD and engineering to scope and prioritize customer-informed improvements and serve as the internal voice of the customer

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 155,000 - 195,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in customer success, solutions, forward-deployed engineering, product management, or a related client-facing role in biopharma/healthtech/data-driven B2B environments
•Strong data fluency with SQL or Python to pull, clean, and package insights
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience producing decks, dashboards and insight summaries
•AI-native approach and ability to create lightweight AI-assisted tools and automate reporting
•Experience translating customer feedback into product requirements and working with engineering to deliver improvements
