Job Summary

Partner with business leaders in the Global E-Commerce Operations org to translate business plans into talent, engagement, and organization plans. Drive high-quality HR practices across staffing, talent development, performance management, employee relations, and employee retention. Coach and mentor leaders, advise on disciplinary cases, support headcount planning and interviews with Talent Acquisition, and help shape a strong organizational culture through engagement activities.

•Be an ambassador for the organizational culture and plan activities to drive employee engagement.
•Manage HR operations, including employee disciplinary issues and advice to business leaders; assist with recruitment when needed.
