Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and own core marketing metrics, including demand generation, funnel conversion, pipeline, campaign performance, channel efficiency, and marketing contribution to revenue.
  • •Build scalable analytical products—canonical datasets, models, dashboards, and self-service tools—to help Marketing answer questions quickly and consistently.
  • •Partner with Engineering and Marketing Operations to improve data quality and usability from CRM, marketing automation, web analytics, and attribution systems.
  • •Analyze complex, disparate datasets to identify trends and recommend actions to improve campaign performance, funnel conversion, and marketing investment.
  • •Set analytics quality and governance practices, mentor partners/analysts, and help shape an analytics culture across Marketing.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in analytics, data science, business intelligence, or a related analytical role.
