  • •Lead and develop a high-performing multidisciplinary workforce in a complex matrix environment while ensuring governance and contractual compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams and influence outcomes across complex matrix organisations.

  • •Relevant tertiary qualification in Engineering, Technology, or a related discipline.
