Job Summary

Own monthly balance sheet reconciliations for the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycle within the inDrive Accounting Hub. Support quarterly and annual audits by preparing PBC schedules, partnering with auditors, and maintaining audit-ready documentation. Contribute to month-end accruals, perform variance analysis, and help standardize and automate reconciliation and audit processes while strengthening controls and data quality.

Key Responsibilities

•Prepare and review monthly balance sheet reconciliations with complete supporting documentation.
•Identify, investigate, and resolve reconciling items, tracking aging balances and maintaining reconciliation trackers across key GL accounts.
•Lead preparation and review of PBC schedules for quarterly and annual audits and serve as the primary auditor point of contact.
•Support month-end accruals by preparing select accrual entries and validating supporting data, including variance analysis between accruals and actuals.
•Drive standardization and automation of reconciliation and audit processes, develop SOPs, and support internal controls implementation (SOX/ICFR, where applicable).

Key Requirements

•Must be a Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
•4–5 years of experience in a global accounting environment or a Tier-1 Shared Services Center (SSC).
•Big 4 experience is strongly preferred.
•2–3 years of hands-on experience with NetSuite is mandatory.
•Proficiency in U.S. GAAP and local statutory reporting requirements.
