Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare and review monthly balance sheet reconciliations with complete supporting documentation.
  • •Identify, investigate, and resolve reconciling items, tracking aging balances and maintaining reconciliation trackers across key GL accounts.
  • •Lead preparation and review of PBC schedules for quarterly and annual audits and serve as the primary auditor point of contact.
  • •Support month-end accruals by preparing select accrual entries and validating supporting data, including variance analysis between accruals and actuals.
  • •Drive standardization and automation of reconciliation and audit processes, develop SOPs, and support internal controls implementation (SOX/ICFR, where applicable).

Key Requirements

  • •Must be a Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
  • •4–5 years of experience in a global accounting environment or a Tier-1 Shared Services Center (SSC).
  • •Big 4 experience is strongly preferred.
  • •2–3 years of hands-on experience with NetSuite is mandatory.
  • •Proficiency in U.S. GAAP and local statutory reporting requirements.
