Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate with the contracted service provider to obtain and review the Maintenance Due List regularly and identify tasks by due dates.
  • •Create, schedule, and issue work packages and bi-weekly and three-month maintenance plans for planned maintenance activities.
  • •Coordinate with aircraft scheduling, MCC controller, and defect controllers to resolve MEL and other open defects and ensure aircraft availability for maintenance.
  • •Monitor and follow up execution of planned maintenance and issue delay reports for late release after maintenance.
  • •Ensure aircraft paperwork and MIS updates are controlled and up to date, including defects rectification, component changes, and support for COA renewal.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering (or related field) or a certified technical diploma.
  • •At least 5 years of experience in aircraft maintenance planning or a similar aircraft maintenance role.
  • •Experience using Maintenance Information System (MIS) functions.
  • •Good knowledge of GACA regulations.
  • •Good knowledge of aircraft manufacturer manuals and other technical documentation.
