Key Requirements

  • •Strong knowledge of enterprise infrastructure technologies including cloud, network, database, storage, platform, computing, and middleware.
  • •Knowledge of enterprise voice and unified communications technologies (e.g., Microsoft Teams Calling, Cisco Unified Communications Manager, SIP, session border controllers, PSTN connectivity, voice gateways, dial plans).
  • •Experience developing reusable Python services/scripts and REST API integrations, automation workflows, and engineering utilities or lightweight front-end applications.
