Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee multiple reconditioning lines and plan production for full working shifts.
  • •Fully manage facilities to meet/exceed production, cost, and quality targets when the General Manager is not onsite.
  • •Identify bottlenecks impacting site throughput and efficiency; conduct root cause analysis and execute action plans with site leadership.
  • •Run weekly site performance reviews versus targets and communicate challenges and countermeasures.
  • •Guide daily site manager huddles and support continuous improvement and process change implementation/training.

Key Requirements

  • •Open to relocation after training (ideally nationwide, but at minimum regionally: Northeast, Southeast, Midwest, West Coast).
  • •Experience leading a team of 50+ associates and developing employees.
  • •8+ years of management experience in an automotive or lean manufacturing environment.
  • •Proven ability to solve urgent operational challenges using root cause analysis.
  • •Valid unrestricted driver’s license with a clean driving record in the last 3 years and ability to read/write/speak/understand English.
