Job Summary

Support the GBRD program’s finance team by driving program-level FP&A, monthly and long-range forecasts, and trend analysis. Partner across program, engineering, and planning to inform strategy reviews, EAC development, and earned value cost/schedule control activities. Help manage baselines and ensure accurate, timely program cost charging, including Inter-Organization Transfer (IOT) tracking and reporting to program leaders and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform program-level financial planning, including monthly and long-range forecasts.
•Analyze forecast trends and make recommendations for leadership.
•Develop major/watch complex EAC and participate in key leadership strategy reviews.
•Support monthly earned value management cost and schedule control processes, analysis, and reporting.
•Manage and maintain program baselines, ensure accurate cost charging, and track Inter-Organization Transfers (IOT).

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field.
•Experience with the Microsoft Office suite of tools.
•Financial analysis expertise.
•Experience with Financial Planning & Analysis and/or Program Controls (Cost/Schedule) and/or EAC processes.
•Earned Value Certification (preferred).
