Job Summary

Manage operational matters and quality performance for assigned HP channel partners, ensuring partner enablement, training delivery, and first-line ownership of partner queries end to end. Coordinate with assigned accounts to meet accreditation operational targets, drive customer satisfaction in service delivery, and resolve partner issues through escalation and continuous operational improvements. Act as a key escalation point and develop close working relationships with the channel team.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage operational matters and quality performance for assigned channel partners, including accreditation metrics and customer satisfaction in service delivery.
•Set up new partners, educate partners using an engagement model, and deliver operational trainings and interface guidance with HP.
•Serve as first-line main point of contact for partner enquiries and take ownership of queries end to end.
•Ensure partners make correct financial warranty claims (where applicable) and drive operational improvements for assigned accounts.
•Act as an escalation point for partner escalations and resolve partner issues to satisfactory outcomes while working closely with the channel team.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor/Master in Business or related field.
•Fluent in written and verbal English.
•Fluent in written and verbal Spanish.
•Experience in virtual team environments.
•1–2 years of service delivery experience is an advantage; understanding channel partner business model is an advantage.
