Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and develop a high-performing team of 8–12 technicians and engineers, ensuring safety, compliance, and ethical operations.
  • •Coordinate Photolithography area performance, staffing, assignment of priorities, addressing operational issues, and managing tool time.
  • •Track and optimize area quality, manage deviations, verify procedure accuracy, and direct continuous improvement projects integrating AI in daily work.
  • •Provide tactical ownership of material flow and WIP through the Photolithography area to support line performance and cycle time.
  • •Serve as the primary contact for safety, emergency response, and operational issues impacting area efficiency.

Key Requirements

  • •Semiconductor engineering bachelor’s degree plus at least 2 years of Photolithography process engineering or manufacturing area experience.
  • •At least 2 years of leadership experience supervising technical and engineering employees.
  • •Strong data analysis skills with Power BI and Tableau; SQL is strongly preferred.
  • •Experience with tactical ownership and the ability to prioritize, advance, and resolve operational issues.
  • •Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts (days/nights) every 4 months and coordinate with global time zones.
