•Develop in-store sales by recommending Sephora products and services tailored to customer needs.
•Create enchanting experiences and moments of well-being to satisfy and retain customers; participate in store animations and meet sales targets.
•Collaborate with the team to achieve business objectives and contribute to a dynamic store environment.
•Support store events and commercial challenges to drive engagement and revenue.

Key Requirements

•Dynamic, enthusiastic and reactive with a keen eye for detail and a strong customer service mindset
•Able to work well in a team and focus on business-oriented results
•Ability to convert client advice into sales and develop store revenue
•Experience in customer-facing retail or beauty sector preferred
•Willingness to engage in store animations and commercial challenges
