Job Summary

Build and maintain Anaplan applications for Finance, Go-To-Market, and HR, strengthening the company’s EPM planning infrastructure. Own end-to-end delivery, including model enhancements, UAT, deployment coordination, and post–go-live support. Support Anaplan data integrations to keep insights accurate and timely, enable user adoption through training, and enable recurring executive reporting such as performance decks, close materials, and board metrics.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and maintain Anaplan applications across Finance, Go-To-Market, and HR, including UX pages, back-end model work, UAT support, deployment coordination, and post–go-live support.
•Leverage Anaplan development best practices, align to shared guidelines and quality standards, and document work for team enablement.
•Support and monitor data integrations between source systems and Anaplan to ensure accurate, complete, and timely data, and streamline/automate data flows.
•Create training materials and lead hands-on training to drive end-user adoption of new features and enhancements.
•Enable recurring executive reporting outputs in Anaplan, including performance decks, monthly close materials, board reporting, and metrics reviews.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 112,000 - 155,000 annually

Key Requirements

•3+ years of progressive experience in Finance, Financial Systems, Investment Banking, Strategy Consulting, or Business Intelligence.
•1+ years actively developing Anaplan applications and planning models, ideally with an active Anaplan Solution Architect certification.
•Advanced financial modeling proficiency using Excel and/or Google Sheets.
•Experience mining and analyzing data to support Anaplan development and insights; Looker, Snowflake, SQL, and Python are a plus.
•Ability to work in a high-growth, fast-paced environment and build scalable EPM solutions across Finance, Go-To-Market, and HR.
