Key Responsibilities

  • •Architect, design, and solution NICE platform solutions for customers.
  • •Lead a team of NICE consultants and collaborate with onsite delivery teams, onshore team members, and sales/client stakeholders.
  • •Own technical delivery for India-based projects: scoping, estimation/planning, quality review, coding, testing, and coordination with system analysis and project management.
  • •Participate in solution engineering and pre-sales: solutioning, estimation, and drafting proposals and contracts.
  • •Drive training, knowledge sharing, practice growth, India team growth, and help ensure stakeholder satisfaction and operational metrics.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience architecting and designing NICE platform solutions and leading teams of NICE consultants.
  • •Be available in-person in Hyderabad with office presence per site working policies.
  • •Take technical delivery ownership from India, including scope understanding, estimation and planning, quality review, coding and testing, and attending meetings/training.
  • •Hands-on expertise with NICE CXone and NICE CXone Studio, including CCaaS software management and domain experience.
  • •6+ years of software development and 3+ years in NICE CXone and UC environments; Bachelor’s degree in computer science/IT/engineering preferred.
