Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the executive scorecard process and assessment frameworks for Executive Directors and Group Executives
  • •Support the annual pay review process for the Senior Executive population
  • •Handle senior executive pay-arrangement queries by liaising with stakeholders including Tax, Benefits, and Global Mobility
  • •Analyse and support the Material Risk Taker (MRT) review process, including MRT communications
  • •Prepare regulatory compensation reporting and filings by consolidating compensation data in HSBC systems and partnering with stakeholders for submissions

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • •Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas and large dataset analysis
  • •Strong data analysis ability to develop recommendations based on trends
  • •Proficiency with Employee Central and People Insights reporting
  • •Detail-oriented with strong communication and problem-solving skills in a high-pressure, flexible working environment
