•Provide courteous, accurate, and efficient support for all trailer sales activities, ensuring a positive experience for internal and external customers.
•Generate all bookings for the trailer sales team utilizing the Great Dane system and manage related pricing requests.
•Track and update Great Dane orders, maintain documentation, and coordinate with sales and administrative teams to ensure timely invoicing.
•Oversee delivery of new and used equipment, coordinate logistics, and maintain accurate delivery records.
•Generate LPOs for freight and transportation-related expenses and participate in sales meetings and product trainings.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20.1 - 30.1 hourly

Key Requirements

•5 years of experience in a related field; or a High school diploma/GED with 3 years of experience in a related field; or an AS/AA degree, BS/BA degree or certification in a related discipline
•Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word
•Ability to support pricing and margin expectations while meeting customer requirements
•Excellent time management and self-motivation skills
