Product Engineering Group Director

Lead complex customer engagements for digital physical implementation and signoff workflows, guiding technical teams from discovery through deployment. Provide expert-level direction on physical implementation, verification, design closure, and timing/power analysis, while enabling advanced-node process technology platforms. Drive PPA realization through benchmarking, methodology development, flow optimization, and issue resolution. Partner with R&D, field application engineers, customers, and foundries to define requirements and deliver scalable digital implementation solutions.
