Key Responsibilities

•Manage and develop the inbound follow-up team, including conducting 1:1s, coaching performance, and hiring as the team scales.
•Design, write, and A/B test follow-up sequences across email and chat, using reply rate, re-engagement rate, and conversion as scorecards.
•Build and run no-show recovery and reactivation campaigns to turn missed/cancelled demos into rebooked conversations and recover aged or closed-lost pipeline.
•Oversee channel partnership lead handling by setting ownership, follow-up, reporting standards, and tracking partner-sourced performance.
•Review recorded calls and demos using a sales scorecard, run calibration sessions, coach Account Executives on discovery and objection handling, and maintain the sales knowledge base.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: PHP 90,000 - 110,000 monthly

Key Requirements

•At least 4 years of experience in inside sales, sales development, revenue operations, or a similar commercial role.
•At least 2 years of experience managing or coaching a sales team.
•Proven experience improving follow-up, pipeline conversion, show rates, or sales-cycle performance.
•Strong understanding of inbound sales funnels, lead management, and mid-funnel conversion.
•Strong CRM discipline and experience with HubSpot or Salesforce, plus comfort using data to diagnose funnel problems and manage performance.
