Key Responsibilities

  • •Advise senior federal Health IT executives by translating clinical and mission needs into actionable, enterprise-wide modernization and delivery strategy.
  • •Lead enterprise transformation efforts by aligning operating model, governance, workforce, and technology change across the account.
  • •Own strategic communications across engagements, including executive messaging, board- and Congress-ready materials, and stakeholder communications plans.
  • •Lead delivery & operations for the VA account, including establishing policies, staffing/quality/efficiency plans, and performance reporting to executive and board levels.
  • •Support client and business growth by reviewing cost-control reports, qualifying opportunities, initiating client-facing engagements, and facilitating executive meetings.
Travel: Medium travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 250,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s Degree or MBA required.
  • •15+ years of progressive experience in strategic management consulting, strategic advisory, enterprise transformation, strategic communications, or technology-enabled delivery.
  • •Significant experience advising senior executives and leading complex enterprise/portfolio transformation and structured problem-solving.
  • •Demonstrated strategic communications expertise for large, complex transformations, including executive messaging and stakeholder communications strategy.
  • •Experience supporting the federal Health IT mission environment with required support for the US Department of Veterans Affairs; clearance required (ability to obtain/maintain suitability/public trust).
