•Own the Journey: Drive new customer onboardings and expansion implementations end-to-end within a Pod-based structure, collaborating with Engagement Managers and Pod Leaders to ensure project health.
•Leverage AI Innovation: Use LogicGate’s AI-driven assistant, Config Newton to automate point-and-click work, freeing your time for high-value creative solution design.
•Strategic Problem Solving: Move beyond reacting to symptoms; proactively solve upstream business problems to prevent churn and improve the end-user experience.
•Compress Timelines: Prove that the impossible is achievable by contributing to our goal of reducing implementation timelines through efficiency and AI.
•Consultative Advisory: Act as a trusted advisor, using exceptional listening and curiosity to understand business problems rather than just technical requirements.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 95,000 - 115,000 annually
