Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and mentor the design team while practicing at the craft bar and shipping design surfaces.
  • •Own the design system end to end, including tokens, patterns, governance, contribution model, and product adoption.
  • •Drive upstream collaboration with product and engineering in discovery to shape roadmaps and reduce late changes.
  • •Establish UX and systems thinking as an organization-wide practice, not just a design team function.
  • •Represent design in strategy, roadmap, and architecture conversations, and communicate the design vision externally.

Key Requirements
