Key Responsibilities

  • •Advise on technical support and product adoption for customers across pre-sales, post-sales, and renewal processes
  • •Analyze customers’ IT Operations environment regularly and provide recommendations to maximize Datadog’s value
  • •Act as the customer advocate by understanding goals and use cases, suggesting process changes and feature adoption
  • •Participate in Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews with customers
  • •Collaborate with product management, engineering, and technical services to identify new features and products

Key Requirements

  • •Solid technical grounding with hands-on experience of IT Operations
