Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute inventory management processes to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink.
  • •Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues, escalating process or system gaps with the General Manager.
  • •Support execution of store operations including shipment, receiving and processing, reverse transfers, and sales floor replenishment and updates.
  • •Maintain and champion visual standards and strong stockroom standards and processes for safe, efficient operations.
  • •Use metrics and reporting to support business-driving strategies and resolve client needs quickly and effectively.

Key Requirements

  • •Preferred prior experience in a client-centric, sales & operational environment.
  • •Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences.
  • •Ability to lift, push, carry, or otherwise move up to 50 pounds.
  • •Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl, twist, and safely climb up/down a ladder.
  • •Ability to stand and move for an entire shift.
