•Own the full hiring process from talent mapping and sourcing through offer negotiation and closing.
•Navigate complex compensation discussions, manage candidate expectations, and close challenging offers.
•Collaborate with hiring managers to calibrate profiles and provide market insights to influence hiring decisions.
•Build talent pipelines via direct headhunting and market research.
•Ensure a seamless, engaging candidate experience throughout assessment and offer stages.

•Demonstrate strong stakeholder management and the ability to influence hiring decisions.
