Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and drive an integrated, multi-channel communications strategy across HR, Corporate Affairs, Legal, Finance/IR, and IT/Business Transformation.
  • •Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on communication priorities, sensitive matters, and reputation management.
  • •Partner with the VP of Corporate Affairs to design and execute CEO executive engagement and visibility strategy, including thought leadership.
  • •Lead, mentor, and develop a team of six communications professionals embedded with CFO, General Counsel, CHRO, and CTO to ensure consistent standards.
  • •Provide communications counsel for crisis and rapid-response situations and coordinate with Legal/Corporate Affairs and Finance/Investor Relations on stakeholder messaging.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, English, or related field.
  • •Minimum 12 years of progressive corporate communications experience (in-house or agency).
  • •At least 5 years of people management experience.
  • •Demonstrated ability to serve as a strategic counselor to senior executives with discretion handling confidential matters.
  • •Exceptional writing, editing, and presentation skills, translating complex topics into clear narratives.
