Support released HP PageWide Web Press products (inks, printheads, press platforms) by investigating customer escalations and performing qualifications for ink, printhead, and press hardware/software changes. Work with HP services and R&D teams to enable and demonstrate applications, document optimal end-to-end settings, and assess field presses during upgrades—especially paper path and tension trends affecting productivity, runnability, and image quality.

Key Responsibilities

•Investigate inkjet press system settings and designs, providing solutions to meet customer needs.
•Support customers and service teams to achieve desired image quality by solving complex interactions between productivity, image quality, durability, and cost per print.
•Document and communicate optimal settings and end-to-end configurations for customer applications and application development.
•Perform qualifications for changes in ink, printhead, press hardware, and press software features.
•Assess field presses during upgrades and installs, focusing on paper path and tension trends that impact productivity, runnability, and image quality.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Engineering fields.
•More than 4 years working with digital printing technology, with packaging and commercial presses experience preferred.
•Experience interacting with customers and supporting service teams.
•Demonstrated problem-solving experience using analytical methods and data to investigate issues.
•Ability to work across the organization (local and remote), including R&D and Services teams.
