Key Responsibilities

  • •Support and apply the D&S Lead-to-Award (L2A) process from pre-bid interactions through contract award, covering capture and proposal phases.
  • •Define a winning execution strategy aligned to the opportunity capture plan and direct preparation of the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
  • •Supervise creation, consolidation, and validation of risk and opportunity registers, plus an assumptions/dependencies/exclusions register.
  • •Lead preparation and validation of the project management portion of proposals, including project/risk management plans and SOW elements, ensuring appropriate partner and supplier work statements.
  • •Present solution reviews and Design-to-Win reviews to senior leadership; engage with clients and end users to present solutions and negotiate scope and contract terms.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering, sciences, business administration, or a related field.
  • •10 to 15 years of leadership experience managing programs in the industry and/or within military organizations.
  • •5 to 10 years of experience developing or delivering training programs in operational or maintenance contexts for the defense sector.
  • •Certification PMP or equivalent qualification.
  • •Excellent French and English communication skills (English required) plus strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
