Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as senior finance partner to Logistics leadership, framing decisions with total landed cost, P&L impact, cash, service, and risk considerations.
  • •Lead the logistics financial operating rhythm, including monthly performance reviews, executive commentary, year-over-year cost walks, trend analysis, and action follow-through.
  • •Provide decision support for transportation, warehousing, distribution, network, carrier management, freight-audit, and third-party logistics initiatives.
  • •Lead freight and warehousing planning, forecasting, and annual operating plan development; monitor actuals vs AOP/forecast/prior year and identify key drivers.
  • •Govern freight and warehouse productivity and inflation methodologies, drive logistics reporting/data transformation, and partner on freight-audit and logistics service agreement governance and issue resolution.

  • •Progressive finance leadership experience in a global, matrixed organization (FP&A, operational finance, controllership, or supply-chain finance).
  • •Demonstrated ability to lead planning, forecasting, productivity, performance reporting, and executive business partnership for complex cost structures.
  • •Working knowledge of transportation, freight, warehousing, distribution, freight audit and payment, third-party logistics, and logistics data flows.
  • •Strong analytical, financial modeling, systems, and data-visualization capability to simplify complex operational and financial topics.
