Job Summary

Drive project delivery for terminals and concourses by setting up project delivery governance, developing and signing off the Project Management Plan (PMP), and coordinating resources to ensure optimal execution. Manage the handover of projects to operational teams and ensure Dubai Airports governance processes are followed throughout delivery. Oversee stakeholder engagement and bring deep experience delivering complex airport systems projects across MEP, security, technology, and resilience.

Key Responsibilities

•Propose and set up project delivery governance for terminal and concourse projects.
•Develop and sign off the Project Management Plan (PMP) with the Business Owner and Programme Lead.
•Manage project handover to operational teams.
•Coordinate SMEs and internal/external resources to ensure optimal execution.
•Ensure all DA governance processes are adhered to within project delivery.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Operational Readiness and Construction Contract Management, with 7–10 years of relevant experience and 10–12 years overall.
•Proven track record delivering complex MEP, sustainability, security, technology, and resilience systems projects.
•Strong knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices for airport sustainability, security, technology, and resilience systems projects.
•Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels of an organization.
