Key Responsibilities

  • •Build small electrical sub-assemblies and perform mechanical/electrical assembly of satellite components and final vehicle integrations.
  • •Assemble PCB assemblies into product chassis.
  • •Build battery cell modules, solar modules, and solar arrays.
  • •Perform wire harnessing and soldering/de-soldering of through-hole and SMT components, and support conformal coating/masking/epoxy processes.
  • •Conduct functional testing of built hardware and set up instrumentation and data acquisition for test regimes including thermal, shock, thermal vacuum, and vibration.
