Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop agent infrastructure, including agents, MCP connectors, and frameworks to create and deploy agents.
  • •Implement orchestration logic and contribute to the code-first system architecture for the agent garden.
  • •Integrate AI capabilities with engineering tools and data sources (e.g., GitLab, Polarion).
  • •Use AI/ML APIs to build intelligent features, including prompt engineering patterns and interaction flows.
  • •Write reliable, test-aware code (TDD, clean code), perform code reviews, and document components.

Key Requirements

  • •Backend development experience with Python (and/or Kotlin, Node.js, or similar).
  • •Experience integrating with RESTful APIs and understanding authentication fundamentals (OAuth, JWT).
