Key Responsibilities

  • •Direct title search, examination, commitment, and closing operations, including resolving escalated title issues and curative matters.
  • •Implement and refine operational systems, workflows, and quality controls to support consistent production.
  • •Administer escrow accounts in accordance with state and underwriter requirements and ensure compliance with Indiana regulations.
  • •Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing team; manage staff performance and maintain a positive workplace culture.
  • •Establish and maintain relationships with real estate agents, lenders, builders, and attorneys; monitor financial results and drive profitability.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum five years of management experience in the title insurance and/or escrow services industry.
  • •Comprehensive knowledge of title search, examination, commitment, and closing procedures.
  • •Thorough understanding of Indiana title insurance regulations and escrow compliance.
  • •Demonstrated experience working directly with underwriters and managing agency relationships.
  • •Proficiency with title production software such as SoftPro or RamQuest.
