Job Summary

Serve as an Integrated Demand and Supply Planning (IDSP) o9 Consulting Manager, delivering o9 solutions that help clients balance demand and supply and improve operating performance. Lead hands-on implementation work, run business/technology assessments, define engagement scope and detailed project plans, and manage client relationships and joint project teams. Support sales of IDSP service offerings, review client deliverables, and contribute to thought leadership and ongoing methodology/service development.

Key Responsibilities

•Play a hands-on role managing and delivering IDSP solutions to clients.
•Conduct standard business/technology assessments based on project scope and client needs.
•Set engagement objectives and scope, and develop detailed project plans to meet client needs.
•Manage client relationships and joint project teams, including other consultants, contractors, and client team members.
•Review and approve client deliverables in accordance with the SOW; support thought leadership and ongoing development of methodologies/service offerings.

Key Requirements

•Strong understanding of one or more functional areas including demand planning & forecasting, supply planning & S&OP/IBP, inventory optimization, and supply chain data models (products, locations, hierarchies).
•Experience or knowledge of SQL and data modeling fundamentals.
•2+ years of experience working with o9 Solutions application and modules.
•Be a legal resident of the United States.
•Experience delivering demand and supply planning initiatives using an executive Integrated Demand and Supply Planning approach.
