Job Summary

Shape and execute culinary strategy for Kraft Heinz’s Away From Home (AFH) Non-Commercial accounts. Translate food trends into concepts and recipes, partner with Sales, Marketing, and Innovation on new product opportunities, and lead on-site culinary sessions, trainings, tastings, and customer presentations. Build and grow key account relationships, develop USPs for NPD launches, support innovation with market insights, and manage internal/external kitchens while contributing to brand storytelling.

•Translate global and local food trends into food concepts and recipes to optimize the product portfolio.
•Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Innovation to prioritize new product offerings and improvements aligned with business objectives.
•Lead professional on-site culinary sessions with customers (including sports & entertainment, B&I, C&U, healthcare, and distributors) through tastings, demonstrations, and training.
•Develop and deliver culinary training programs and build unique selling propositions (USPs) for NPD launches using market data and insights.
•Manage and grow culinary relationships with key accounts, lead trade shows/activations, and mentor junior chefs while supporting kitchen operations.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 104,200 - 130,200

Key Requirements

•Culinary degree preferred (culinary/hospitality school certificate or bachelor’s degree) or equivalent experience as a corporate chef, sous chef, or higher.
•5 to 7 years of extensive food service experience across channels such as sports & entertainment, B&I, C&U, healthcare, FSR, and/or fine dining.
•4-5+ years of experience as a Corporate Chef for a food manufacturer/CPG company/distributor/national restaurant chain/agency or non-commercial company.
•2-3 years of corporate culinary experience supporting or leading customer engagement.
•Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) and strong verbal and written communication for presentations and relationship building.
