Job Summary

Lead NYCHA flood-mitigation architecture for the AECOM/NYCHA Comprehensive Modernization Program, supporting design-criteria development for procurement and overseeing design implementation across multiple affected sites. Own multidisciplinary architectural responsibilities, coordinate and execute technical assignments, and manage a group of architects and/or designers. Apply deep NYC/NY-NJ flood mitigation experience to shape heat-pump electrification, flood prevention strategies, and renovation scopes across Queens and the Bronx.

•Lead and manage a group of architects and/or designers, coordinating unit activities.
•Interpret, organize, execute, and coordinate technical assignments for architecture design implementation.

•Plan and develop engineering tasks for unique or controversial flood mitigation problems, defining scope and investigation approaches.
•Maintain liaison with internal and external stakeholders across the project lifecycle.
