Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage multi-product line manufacturing operations to meet or exceed safety, quality, delivery, and efficiency goals across shifts.
  • •Direct, plan, and coordinate manufacturing activities across foundry and machining sections through manufacturing supervisors and team leads.
  • •Develop and implement a robust value stream map for the Iron value stream (current and future states).
  • •Lead direct and indirect reports to implement improvements in efficiency and productivity.
  • •Own the supply chain relationship with vendors and customers, and manage costs and performance targets/KPIs within the profit plan.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum of three (3) years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • •Candidates must currently reside within 50 miles of Syracuse, NY to be considered.
  • •Demonstrated experience developing shift supervisors and hourly employees through teaching, coaching, mentoring, and leadership.
  • •Knowledge of Lean continuous improvement and related process improvement in manufacturing settings.
