Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop leadership skills through dedicated learning modules, mentoring, and senior leader exposure.
  • •Progress through professional qualification support to become a certified accountant.

Key Requirements

  • •Graduate or soon-to-be graduate, on track for a 2:1 degree (or equivalent) in Accounting, Finance, Data Analytics, Sustainability, Mathematics, Engineering, or Business Analytics.
  • •Committed to completing a professional accounting qualification as part of the programme.
  • •Fluent in English and ideally another language.
  • •Eligible to work permanently in Europe.
  • •Open to travel and relocation as part of the rotations programme.
