  • •Oversee and manage large-scale, cross-functional software implementation projects, ensuring scope, timeline, budget, quality, resources, and risk are delivered.

  • •Build relationships with customers and external partners, representing projects in steering committees and governance forums.
  • •Lead and empower diverse project teams while ensuring adherence to standardized delivery processes (e.g., SOLiD/Gearshift) for a flawless customer experience.
  • •Manage budgets, change requests, forecasting, cost performance/KPIs, and workforce planning/resource allocation across projects.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of work experience in software professional services and project management across different countries/markets.
  • •PMP (PMI) certified (mandatory) and knowledge of project management methodologies and estimation techniques.
  • •Degree/qualification in Software Engineering, Business Engineering, or equivalent.
  • •Proven experience delivering healthcare IT/software projects, ideally including Radiology Informatics and PACS.
  • •Experience managing teams and subcontractors, including complex contract negotiations, with financial acumen and strong communication skills.
