Key Responsibilities

•Provide technical oversight of design staff and team members for municipal water and wastewater infrastructure projects (water pipelines, sewage collection systems, pump stations, storage tanks, water treatment, wastewater treatment).
•Identify new business opportunities for AECOM, present project opportunities to clients, and promote the company’s capabilities to existing and prospective clients.
•Participate in project opportunity evaluation, consultant selection, and preparation of qualification/experience statements.
•Coordinate and participate in contract negotiations with clients and subcontractors and draft complex professional service agreements for review by senior management.
•Direct project team and ensure client compliance with contract terms, while monitoring subcontractor performance and adherence to commitments.
•Prepare project work plans, scope, schedule, and budget; communicate these to the project team and monitor production to meet schedule, budget, and quality objectives.
•May supervise technical professionals, associate project managers, and design staff including workload and staffing management.
•Monitor and report financial status of projects to technical managers and stakeholders.
•Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 200,000 annually

•Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering or related discipline plus eight years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
•Professional Engineering (PE) license in Arizona or the ability to obtain one within first 6 months of employment
