Key Responsibilities

  • •Own Seismic and Workfront platforms as the main point of contact for the Investment Product & Retirement Content and Global Product Marketing teams.
  • •Partner with cross-functional teams to execute product strategy and ensure solutions are compliant, client-centric, and aligned with brand standards.
  • •Lead enhancement requests, implementations, and process/standards changes, representing the teams as a technical expert and problem solver.
  • •Support onboarding, training, ongoing coaching, and troubleshooting, including creating and maintaining job aids and reference guides.
  • •Monitor and interpret reporting/metrics, create dashboards, and oversee governance to ensure content is up to date, compliant, and easy to find.
