•Consult systems to verify data used for technical inspections and review client scheduling details.
•Track MTBF for analyzed parts, support preventive plan generation/update, monitor warranty periods, and negotiate service values and timelines with certified workshops.

Key Requirements

•Knowledge in computers (informática).
•Prior experience in automotive mechanics focused on heavy vehicles.
