Job Summary

Account Executive in Japan delivers risk solutions for multinational clients, manages ongoing insurance contracts, coordinates renewals and documentation, and develops new business opportunities within Aon Global Client Network (AGCN). You will liaise with clients, insurers, and internal offices, ensuring timely responses, compliance, and effective use of global resources to grow key accounts.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide daily service to clients and manage ongoing AGCN relationships
•Coordinate renewal processes and ensure all steps (renewal notices, applications, market submissions, and policy documents) are completed on time
•Respond promptly to documents and verbal communications from clients, insurers, and other Aon offices
•Collaborate with other Aon offices to ensure smooth end-to-end client work and leverage Aon Global Network resources to develop new business
•Monitor claims status and perform assigned duties, including negotiating with insurers for quotations and maintaining good working relationships

Key Requirements

•Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize tasks, manage workflows, and monitor progress
•High level English communication skills (reading, speaking, writing)
•Experience in the insurance market (broker/agency) or risk management
•Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
•Ability to coordinate with clients, insurers, and multiple Aon offices to ensure timely, compliant service
