Commis I (QA)

Support kitchen operations by assisting in food preparation, cooking tasks, and plating under the supervision of senior chefs. Maintain cleanliness and organization across workstations and equipment, follow recipes and plating standards, and support stock rotation and inventory management. Apply food safety and sanitation practices to prevent cross-contamination, monitor cooking temperature and times, and collaborate with the culinary team to ensure smooth, timely order execution.
