Job Summary

Provide managed services for client infrastructure by proactively identifying and resolving complex technical incidents. Ensure environments are configured, tested, and operational, meeting zero SLA misses through advanced troubleshooting, monitoring, and alert response. Manage high-complexity tickets, log and escalate issues with the right detail, and drive optimization and automation. Coach L2 teams, mentor junior engineers, create knowledge articles, and support disaster recovery and project delivery across cloud, security, networking, and applications.

Key Responsibilities

•Proactively identify and resolve technical incidents, ensuring client infrastructure is configured, tested, and operational.
•Perform pre-emptive incident resolution, product reviews, and operational improvements to maintain zero missed SLA conditions.
•Manage high-complexity tickets: conduct advanced tasks, analyze incidents, assign and escalate support calls.
•Use monitoring tools and logging to run necessary checks, respond to alerts, and identify issues before they become problems.
•Create knowledge articles for frequent tasks/issues, train junior team members, and support automation inputs; coach L2 teams on advanced troubleshooting.

Key Requirements

•Extensive Managed Services experience handling complex cross-technology infrastructure.
•Strong understanding of ITIL processes and how to apply them in operations.
•Proven experience working with vendors and/or third parties.
•Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computing (or equivalent qualification/work experience).
•Relevant certifications for the services provided, including at least CCNP (or equivalent).
