Job Summary

Lead the Technical Data Package (TDP) team within Configuration Management and Data Management, ensuring complex TDPs are created for the U.S. Government and allied customers. Manage and improve a web-based TDP tool, analyze reports for accuracy and completeness, and review engineering drawings, change notices, and variances to confirm configuration requirements. Support multiple programs, collaborate across engineering and supply chain partners, and track monthly metrics and special assignments.

Key Responsibilities

•Create complex Technical Data Packages (TDPs) for the U.S. Government and allies.
•Utilize, maintain, and enhance the TDP web-based tool for gathering documents.
•Create reports and analyze data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
•Review engineering drawings, change notices, and variances to verify proper configuration requirements.
•Develop improvements to tools, processes, and procedures while delivering customer requirements against strict deadlines.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
•Minimum 10 years of configuration management experience using Windchill Product Data Management (PDM) system or related tools.
•Understand configuration management principles, standards, and processes such as EIA-649 Configuration Management Standard.
•Experience working in an engineering team environment interfacing with Hardware, Systems, or Test Engineers.
•Demonstrated ability to support multiple ongoing projects and parallel release activities.
